Itinerary
See Chile, its culture, and taste its wine while paddling pristine rivers:
Day 1:
Morning pickup at the airport in Santiago. Arrive to Los Queñes and settle-in
Walk to town and explore Los Queñes. Dinner and wine tasting under the grape vines of your bed and breakfast.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Rafting on the Teno River. Lunch and Siesta. Walk to Frutillar. Dinner and Wine.
Day 3:
Breakfast. Inflatable Kayak on blue waters of the Claro River. Lunch, Winery tour – Viña Miguel Torres. Dinner at the restaurant Tierra de Vinos. Stay in nearby Cabañas La Laguna.
Day 4:
Breakfast. Float the Lontué River. Picnic lunch on the river. Return to La Laguna for dinner and relaxation.
Day 5:
Breakfast. On to explore Linares, Pejerrey and the Achibueno River - Chilean Barbeque and Wine at the poolside cabanas.
Day 6:
Breakfast. Paddle the Achibueno. Lunch and siesta on the river before we return for another hearty Chilean meal at the cabanas.
Day 7:
Breakfast before we travel to and tour Viña Viu Manent en route to the black sanded surf town of Pichilemu. Settle in at Cabañas Las Terrazas and walk the beach after a Mediteranean meal.
Day 8:
A mellow breakfast on the terraces overlooking the endless left break of La Puntilla …. surf lessons, handicrafts, sunbathing and beach. More great seafood or meat for lunch and dinner (of course, accompanied by Chile´s wine)
Day 9:
Another relaxing day on the beach. A mellow breakfast on the terraces overlooking the beach of La Puntilla …. surf lessons, handicrafts, sunbathing and beach combing. More great Chilean wine, seafood, sushi, or steak for lunch and dinner.
Day 10:
Breakfast on the terrace before packing and headin to Santiago for a tour and shopping at the handicraft markets. Lunch and see the city before catching the plane or hotel drop-off.
